Some servers have a maximum amount of records you can retrieve at once. We should abstract this at either the OWSLib layer, or a simple function that utilizes OWSLib on the backend.

What should we do with this? The options seem to be...

  1. Log an issue for enhancement at OWSLib
  2. Do it ourselves (who?) and submit PR

If we opt for number 2, who can do it and how hard is it? Do we have an OWSLib wish list?
