TurnOn / TurnOff - needs to be more generalized

Interactions such as TurnOn / TurnOff: "Turn on a switch." are used in Capabilities such as Valve, Pump, BinarySwitchControl where the description more or less fits. I would like to reuse it for a microphone, thus the description should be more generalized, e.g., "Turn on thing/device" or "Turn on capability of a thing that this interaction is associated to".
