Set up CI

We need to set up continuous integration builds on this repo. At this moment all it needs to do is check that pull requests build successfully and don't contain dead links (#13)

Left to do:

• setup .travis.yml
• setup circle.yml

Given that there are no tests for the website at this point in time I don't see the need for CI. Autodeploy is a much longer story which will be tackled at a later point.
