I messed up originally and should've created this package as a hubot-script package: https://hubot.github.com/docs/scripting/#creating-a-script-package

Let's move it over/change it later on.

After all-hands call last week I got this working here https://github.com/jamiew/hubot-ipfs

Still things to clean up, but it works

And FWIW I always start hubot stuff in the script/ folder. Developing full-blown external scripts is more complicated...
