Where is the list?

I wanted to check out the RFP list. I landed on this page and there's a mention of "Check out RFPs from this list" where "this list" is a hyperlink to the same page(https://github.com/ipfs/devgrants/blob/master/rfps) and there isn't any list.

Can someone tell me how can I view a complete list of RFPs that haven't been claimed yet?

we currently have a couple of RFPs in internal development, but they aren't quite ready for proposals yet -- please check back in the next couple of weeks!

for the moment you can take a look at the Bounty Board (this includes some larger work packages like UnixFS 1.5 in go-ipfs) or propose an Open Grant
