Seems like a few low-hanging fruits, I see a ticket #255, not sure if it's regarding the same.

Thanks for flagging. Bigger perf items are still in the backlog as there are some blocking issues we need to solve in order to get the asset resizing to play nice with IPFS hosting and static generation (once Nuxt Image v1 is out of RC). Hopefully soon tho 🤞
