Type: Enhancement

Severity: Low

Description:

go-ipfs recently added an option for publishing ipns names offline --allow-offline. Before this, we could just publish an ipns name offline, which is the current behaviour in js-ipfs. This caused an interop issue ipfs/interop#64#issuecomment-483657364

js-ipfs is being deprecated in favor of Helia. You can #4336 and read the migration guide.

This is supported in @helia/ipns
