"ipfs tour list" command doesn't work #172

The "ipfs tour list" (or any of the tour commands) returns the following error (with ipfs version v0.4.13):

Error: Unknown Command "tour"

Please add the tour or remove the command, it's misleading.

That command was removed in ipfs/kubo#4123 / go-ipfs v0.4.11 -- is there some documentation that still contains it?
