Dear All,
I have computed offsets using
stackSentinel.py
. Now I wanted to geocode the products. For this, I have used thegeocodeIsce.py
application.I have checked the stack outputs and they are good. However, after geocoding, the geocoded products contain only zero values throughout. I don't see any error in this procedure, but I am unable to get a proper geocoded product.
I tried two ways and the result remained the same.
geocodeIsce.py -b '-75.579018 -72.772415 62.691242 72.522408' -d ./rema_isce_crop.wgs84 -m ../reference/ -s ../20210221/ -f ./20210215_20210221_snr.bil -r 1 -a 1
where the directoryreference
is the reference used in computing the stack. Directory20210221
contains the extracted secondary of the pair.geocodeIsce.py -b '-75.579018 -72.772415 62.691242 72.522408' -d ./rema_isce_crop.wgs84 -m ../20210215/ -s ../20210221/ -f ./20210215_20210221_snr.bil -r 1 -a 1
. Here, I assigned the -m flag to the directory containing the extracted SLC of the master in this pair. In both cases, bbox is the same used for stack processes. In both cases, the results remained the same: pixels having only zero values. Kindly help to resolve this since I am moving towards a deadline and this was a surprising error for me. Also, please let me know if there is any other ways to achieve the same.
UPDATE: When I replaced -r and -a with other values rather than 1, it resulted in a corrupted image, but not all zero values. There is a small patch in the entire image showing some values other than zero. The image is attached and the small non-zero region is marked with a red circle. I strongly believe that the geocoding is wrong since the AOI of the SAR data pair is different (image attached at the bottom)
