1. Go to (https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/)
2. The chosen city is Ivano-Frankivsk.
3. There must be a workshop with at least 1 review in the list of circles.

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose a workshop that has at least 1 review.
2. Press the "Детальніше" button.
3. Click on the "Відгуки" tab.

Actual result
The "Відгуки" page was opened for an unauthorized user.

Expected result
The "Відгуки" page is not accessible to an unauthorized user.
