Implement the logic to synchronize the AboutStudentAccordion block with backend (linked with #978)

Description: When the Update button on Edit profile page (for student) is clicked, any changes made in the AboutStudentAccordion block should be sent to the backend for processing, saved in the database and reflect on student My profile page in About the student block
