Sort publications by title

As an administrator, I want to sort posts by title so that I can view them ordered by text, date or number in ascending or descending order.

Preconditions

1. Admin is logged in
2. Admin has entered a Material page

Acceptance criteria

1. At the first click on the Title ("Заголовок"), all publications should be sorted by title in ascending alphabetical order.
2. Numbers, Latin, and Cyrillic are taken into account when sorting.
3. Publications with the same title should be sorted by date from newest to oldest.
4. At the second click on the Title ("Заголовок"), all publications should be sorted by title in descending alphabetical order.
5. Further, sorting by title should be switched by additional clicks on the Title.
