As an admin I want to filter publication so that I can quickly find a publication I need

Preconditions

Admin is logged in
Admin has entered a Material page

Acceptance criteria:

When filters is not used, the button should be displayed as a calendar symbol.
After applying the filter the button should be displayed as a calendar symbol and display a used date filter "З... по...."
When date is chosen, second click on this date should cancel it.
