[Bug Report][Create publication][500 Server Error] The publication is creating with blanks in the "Заголовок статті"

OS: Windows 11 Pro, version 22H2
Browsers: Opera (99.0.4788.65), Mozilla Firefox (114.0.1 64-bit), Chrome (114.0.5735.134 64-bit)
Reproducible: always.

Resolution: Unresolved;

Preconditions

1. Log as an Author.
2. Open the Author tab in another window(2) -> Open "Особистий кабінет"-> "Матеріали" page.
3. In (1) window click on the button "Створити публікацію" -> choose in the dropdown list "Статтю"
4. Choose "Теми" from the dropdown list.
5. Fill "Заголовок статті" 50 blanks.
6. Fill in other fields: "Текст статті", and "Tекст картки матеріалу" correctly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the "Відправити на модерацію" button
2. Go over to another window(2) with an open "Матеріали" page.
3. Pay attention to the publication that is created with blanks in the title.

Actual result
After the Author clicks on the button "Відправити на модерацію" an error message appears: "A server error occurred...", BUT The publication is created with blanks in the title, the server response is 500.

Expected result
Button "Відправити на модерацію" is inactive when all required fields are filled in correctly, the publication is not created, error message doesn't appear, fields that are not filled in correctly are highlighted in red.

Additional Information
Its bug reproduces in two other types of publications: "Допис" "Відео".
