i tried the way you write it down. i installed visual studio but still its not showing up! wanna help?

There's not a lot of info to determine what the issue could be, so I can't be of much help. All I can say is:

Make sure you're running an actual Discord client (the application cannot work with web browsers, this is a Discord limitation).
Make sure your activity privacy settings for "Display current activity as a status message." is enabled.
Make sure your FH5 telemetry settings are set to point to the address/port that FH5RP is running on.
