Details of the bug

Checka11y.css version: 2.3.0

What is the expected result?

If HTML is mentioned in a message, it should appear with the less than and greater than symbols, instead of &lgt; & >.

What is the actual result?

Why is fixing this bug important?

Currently, the message is hard to read
