Failed to install

Attempted to use this hoping it would fix a video seek/scrub issue.

Receiving the follow error message:
Installing "jaeger.Html5Video" for android
Failed to install 'jaeger.Html5Video': CordovaError: Failed to fetch plugin https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-device.git via registry.
Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect.
Check your connection and plugin name/version/URL.
