Release of R60-9592.63

This time I release precompiled Chrome OS R60-9592.63.

There are bin files for 3 architectures. I also release qcow format files for 3 architectures to run them on KVM. These qcow images use 32 GB home/local partition. Pre-defined password for chronos is chronos.
