The following needs to be done to release a new version:
* Increase version numbers in ndofdev_version.h
* Write Changelog entry
* OPTIONAL: Write README entry (if applicable)
* Make a git tag
* Push it to Github
* Make sure the Travis build actually succeeds
* Make a Release on Github
* Notify the Firestorm devs (JIRA)
