I'm still looking for a catchy name to refer to the guidelines, maybe:

C++ Friendly Guidelines? CFG ?
Read The Friendly Guidelines? RTFG ?
Comply or Explain Guidelines? COEG ? Comply or Explain is the Motto for these guidelines.
The C++ Brief Friendly Guidelines, C++BFG ?
C++ Default Guidelines CDG ?
Beginner Friendly Guidelines BFG ;)
