Improve: Prevent call two time to get_start_time_for_period #219

Every time when is execute a command the function
get_start_time_for_period is called two time each type time to get their
values.

This patch preven this case and use a dict called
SHORTCUT_OPTIONS_VALUES to storage the values returned
for each type time.
