Triggering measurements and Deep Sleep

Admittedly, this is my first experience with Deep Sleep. It's got its idiosyncrasies, for sure. After futzing with Do While loops, I decided to use on_time _sync instead. This has many advantages. It first syncs with HA time (ntp proved very buggy and not always available) and once sync'd it checks to see if it's 7pm. If it is, then it sleeps for 14 hours. No sense checking the mailbox when the Government workers are sleeping...
I also found better sensor reading luck restarting i2c again as well as re-enabling the tof pins.
