1. Make a new database named "signup"

2.Enter the following SQL into the phpmyadmin command line:

CREATE TABLE `register` (
  `user_id` int(11) NOT NULL,
  `email` varchar(40) NOT NULL,
  `pass` varchar(40) NOT NULL,
  `type` enum('user','admin') NOT NULL
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;

3. Enter this code next

INSERT INTO `register` (`user_id`, `email`, `pass`, `type`) VALUES
(5, 'manager@vet.com', 'pass', 'admin'),
(4, 'staff@vet.com', 'pass', 'user');

4. Then add this

ALTER TABLE `register`
  ADD PRIMARY KEY (`user_id`);

5. Finish with this

ALTER TABLE `register`
  MODIFY `user_id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, AUTO_INCREMENT=6;
