Desktop Browsers ↑

Dubsar requires a JavaScript-enabled browser. Currently, Dubsar works well in the following browsers:

  • Firefox 3–6 on all platforms (Ubuntu, Vista, OS X)

  • Google Chrome 6–13 on all platforms

  • Safari 5 on OS X and Vista

  • OmniWeb 5 on OS X

  • Internet Explorer 8 & 9 on Vista

The QUnit test suite currently passes in all listed browsers.

Mobile Devices ↑

Dubsar Mobile has primarily been tested on the following devices:

  • Samsung Galaxy S (Android 2.2.1)

  • iPad 2 (iOS 4.3.5)

  • iPod Touch 4G (iOS 4.3.5)

using the Mobile Safari browser in all cases. It has also been tested using Firefox 5 on Android. The QUnit test suite passes in all those browsers. Except as noted in the Dubsar issue list, the application is known to work well in all tested mobile environments.

Server ↑

The server has been tested both on Ubuntu and OS X.
