Supported Browsers and Devices

Desktop Browsers¶ ↑

Dubsar requires a JavaScript-enabled browser. Currently, Dubsar works well in the following browsers:

• Firefox 3–17 on all platforms (Ubuntu, Windows, OS X)

• Google Chrome 23 & 24 on all platforms. Note: Dubsar did well with every Chrome version since 6, but 21 and 22 introduced some display issues. Chrome 23 fixed those issues.

• Safari 5 & 6 on OS X and Vista

• OmniWeb 5 on OS X

• Internet Explorer 8 & 9 on Vista

The QUnit test suite currently passes in all listed browsers.

Mobile Devices¶ ↑

Dubsar Mobile has primarily been tested on an array of iOS and Android devices. Except as noted in the Dubsar issue list, the application is known to work well in all tested mobile environments.

Server¶ ↑

The server has been tested both on Ubuntu and OS X.
