在Mac 下用Homebrew 安装，中文只显示部分，已经重启多次还是一样。我用docker跑一个Jenkins 第一次启动也是这样，但是重启之后就没有问题。用Homebrew 安装的就出现下面情况

麻烦给出 Jenkins 以及中文插件的版本。

初次安装后，部分中文无法加载，这个问题是存在的。

Jenkins ver. 2.194 也是只显示部分中文
