Populate some parent span attributes to the child spans.

What

@mdelapenya and @v1v have been discussing recently about propagating some attributes from some parent spans to its children to help with aggregation and search.

What are the key parent spans and attributes?

• Stage (attribute: stage name)
• Node (attribute: labels or even worker name)

Why?

To be able to individually answer questions on a span based level.

Those parent spans can be a few levels above the span to be query.

What do you think? Do you need a more clear problem statement case?
