Sorry. This isn't really a bug. Can I use this to avoid Unitech/pm2#2182. I'm kind of having a hard time with that bug and I'm currently writing my own powershell script just to have a pseudo-daemon behavior, since --no-daemon works.

This solves it but there are some quirks you might encounter depending on your Windows. Look around these issues to find info.
