Fix Kata github docs link

Hi,
I was just browsing, and found that the 'Software/docs' link on https://katacontainers.io/software/ (from the file https://github.com/jimmytipit/kata-netlify-refresh/blob/master/site/software/index.md in this repo, I believe in the code):

points to the wrong place. It points to the old github at https://github.com/kata-containers/documentation, which is archived and read only, rather than I believe https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/tree/main/docs

Thought I'd let you know - although, the activity in this repo seems, well, not happening, so I wonder if this is the right place to report it??
