Deletion of all topics

Say if we wanted to delete all topics from either the previous topics or next topics of a current topic, this should be possible by simply using the close button on the chips (this is assuming we are not facing any problems due to #21 or #21 has been resolved). However, this is not the case. Deletion of all topics is not occurring. However, if we were to delete a subset of either the previous or next topics, that works fine.
