建议安装时检测是否安装sudo #1

脚本简单方便。是我用过最好的脚本。
但是有个问题，在未安装sudo的情况下安装snell，会无法检测最新snell版本，转而安装默认的4.0.1。希望在运行脚本时可以检测是否安装了 sudo，未安装的话有个提示。
