I think it's time to extend SwissSchema beyong Ecto.Repo's Query and Schema APIs, and count/2 is an obvious missing piece in SwissSchema.

Idea: receive a function that allows the user to extend the query (eg.: adding a WHERE clause to perform specific counts).
