Bug Report

When I ask my IDE to open the documentation of a rule that is triggered, I get a 404 error.

Expected behavior

This is appeared after the new version create #282.

Actual behavior

All documentation pages goes to a 404.
This is the pattern : https://github.com/jonaskello/eslint-plugin-functional/blob/v0.0.0-development/docs/rules/[rule-markdown-file]

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an error that ESLint could trigger with a rule of this plugin
  2. Open documentation of this rule purpose by the IDE.

Proposed changes

Update the base URL and maybe add CI to update it automaticly.
