It can't find your base folder in Google Drive. Have you created one and shared it with your service account?

You do it in Google drive using Google's web interface. https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/home

that issue solved now its showing FileNotFound Error

This is only designed work with a Postgres database. I use it in a linux docker container and not Windows directly
