3.0 - New Release Notes

Features

• M3U support: Limited support for M3U playlist files (not all M3U features are available).

  • m3u files can be played just by opening them with Jammer. But cannot be opened with the --play, -p command from the <jammer/playlists> folder. You can Save as (default keybind Shift + Alt + S) the m3u file, Thus creating a JAMMER playlist to <jammer/playlists> folder. (More info in the README)

• Jammer File

  • Supports More information about each song than just a Title
  • Jammer playlist files can now be played locally.

• Fuzzy search: Improved search functionality with fuzzy matching. (F3)

Bug Fixes

• Bugs squashed: Various bugs have been eliminated.
• YouTube bug fixed: YouTube integration now works properly.
  • Linux note: Ensure ffmpeg is installed for YouTube playback to function.
• Autosave fixed: Autosave functionality is no longer broken.
