I loaded Firefox 71 the other day on the Windows test system and now the selenium tests won't work. I tried them on my Linux computer with Firefox 71 and it works just fine. Need to figure this out either with a selenium fix or by going back to another version of Firefox. I believe I has at 65 when it last worked.

It looks like the problem is that I got a new geckodriver and it requires a visual C++ redistributable. mozilla/geckodriver#1617
Will test with currently installed Firefox 65.0.2 and see if that succeeds. If it does, upgrade to the latest and see that succeeds as well.
