Facing issues with textarea in fixed footer

I am still facing same issue in 1.4,
We have placed textarea in fixed footer, when virtual editor open then textarea change the position (using 1.3 version).

Hi,
Pl have a look on below link in which I am facing the issue, actually the issue is when I integrate my code in phonegap through x-code so the footer change the position also it will for focus on text area we need to tap twice or thrice, it's not working with a single click. We are creating build to check the pages through x-code.. See the image link below for more..

Please have a look at the contributing guidelines I pointed you at twice (https://github.com/jquery/jquery-mobile/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#issues).

Your test page uses 1.3.2 instead of latest code. It is on your sever, so we can't make any changes or it might change while we look into it. Your test page contains a lot of irrelevant markup/code that probably has nothing to do with the issue, but makes it harder to debug and there are also 404 errors. We ask for a simple/reduced test case.

You said the issue occurs on an iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 running iOS7 (#7014 (comment)). We know there are issues with fixed toolbars on iOS when the keyboard pops up. See also #5062, #5532, #4113 and #5556. We try to find a solution.
