Not showing LoadingBar for a specific request

Hi dear,
Is it possible for LoadingBar not to be displayed for a specific request but to be displayed for other requests?
For example, to upload a file as a chunk, it should not be displayed

This would be a really useful feature. I have seen implementations for Angular in which a special header can be added to requests to hide them from the progress bar. Alternatively a filter function could be used. Either way, there are frequently background tasks that we don't want to flag to users.
