Allow specifying a project scope as scan scope. #445

I've set up a few scopes in my project where some modules belong to one scope and some other modules belong to another.

I'd like to configure the Checkstyle plugin to only scan one of those scopes.

Even better would be if i could specify different checkstyle configuration files for different scopes.

I just realised i can already do this in the configuration of the "Checkstyle real-time scan" inspection.
