<summary type="html"><![CDATA[It's difficult to choose the right tool to generate a documentation from the comments in your Javascript. Each tool has its own advantages and disadvantages and once you've decided for one your stuck forever with its syntax rules.
Either the tool's are designed for a slight different purpose (YUIDoc, JSDuck) or they might be a little hackish and lack some polish in the generated documents (JSDoc).
It would be great to learn about the experiences in adopting such a documentation generator in real projects.]]></summary>
