As RBAC is enabled by default now, it would be amazing if the readme could be extended to include a role & service account definition required to run kube2iam

A usable configuration can be found here for now: helm/charts#1286

@johanneswuerbach please see #99 thats a fully working RBAC example. I this is how i'm doing in my production cluster and you should be all set.
