Add "name" parameter to rename the downloaded thumbnail

Is it possible to add a new parameter to a custom name to the thumbnail before saving on storage?

I believe you can use the "thumbnailPath" to specify the full path and name for the thumbnail file, you need to make sure the ext matches the thumbnail format, otherwise the "thumbnailPath" is treated as path instead.
