What would the proposed solution be? We could do '.output.html' and '.uploads' but that just pushes the problem back a bit. I don't see a good way to cache this unless we have a metadata folder for each project (ugh)

For the uploads conflict, I think it’s pretty simple for us to just put the projects in a projects directory. For the output.html, I think the only option for us really is a metadata directory. But that’s good since we may end up needing more metadata in the future and this allows that to happen if necessary.
