Network defaults set twice

Describe the bug:

The k3s code is setting network defaults twice. The second place where these defaults are set is never executed as the variable is always set. We should remove that unnecessary code to avoid confusion

Steps To Reproduce:

• Installed K3s:

Nothing to do with execution of K3s. This is a code refactor

Expected behavior:

Nothing to expect
