Missing linux/amd64 container image for release v3.6.0

What happened?

New version of SRIOV Network Device Plugin was released, but corresponding container image was not added to repository:
ghcr.io/k8snetworkplumbingwg/sriov-network-device-plugin:v3.6.0

What did you expect to happen?

Image should be there as for other versions

What are the minimal steps needed to reproduce the bug?

docker pull ghcr.io/k8snetworkplumbingwg/sriov-network-device-plugin:v3.6.0
