Hi guys! Thanks for a nice lib!

You have a nice id generation for fragments in place. However, on our project, we already have a fragment naming scheme. Could you kindly use the fragment name if provided via standard GraphQL syntax fragment Name on Type ...?

I can send a PR for that if you are willing to support it.
