The Regional Municipality of Peel is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide detailed design, contract administration, and supervision of various retaining walls within the Region of Peel on Projects 15-4880, 15-4520 & 16-4520. Records include but are not limited to books, payroll, accounts, receipts, timesheets, correspondence, and memoranda. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada. Both parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
