feat(Browser support): support for IE 9/10 has been dropped

Due to lack of interest in still supporting legacy IE, implementation issues and Ember itself presumably dropping support in 3.0, this decision was taken. See #454 BREAKING CHANGE: support for IE 9/10 has been dropped
