I don't recall why this custom setup stuff was needed, but it seems nor required anymore and fails now with floating dependencies. Haven't investigated further.
Also this changes the CI setup to always run FastBoot tests for all scenarios. As they basically have zero-cost now (in contrast to
ember-fastboot-addon-testsbased ones we had a while ago) the separation does not make too much sense anymore.
