I had no idea that uninstalling one drive would completley remove the documents folder and the desktop folder.
I never got a backup folder and all of my important info is gone
Is there a way to undo this?
I can't do system restore

What do you mean by actual document and user folders? You c:\users\useename\Desktop and c:\users\useename\Documents?
It shouldn't do that. It should just copy one drive content to desktop.
